Emerging Innovation Poster Presentation at BioTrinity 2025

What's the poster session about?

Up to 30 of the most entrepreneurial, translatable, or commercially useful ideas from academia will be selected for showcasing to a broad audience of life sciences professionals. Find potential partners, get experienced feedback on your work, or possibly even investment!


Who will you be presenting to?

Hundreds of representatives from the life sciences industry attend BioTrinity and can see your poster, including: Pharma, R&D SMEs, investors, patent law firms, and many more.

 

What's the format on the day?

Successful candidates will be required to:

  • Present their posters on one of the two conference days
  • Perform a 1-minute speed pitch (no slides) before their poster session opens, to entice viewers to their poster! Can you deliver your key message in 60 seconds?
  • Presentations will be in dedicated pitch sessions


How much will it cost?

£0. That's right, selected poster presenters will be awarded a free 1-day pass on their allocated presentation day.

Presenters can take full advantage of the BioTrinity programme, which includes:

  • Showcase presentations from some of the most innovative UK R&D companies
  • Business and investment-focused discussions addressing issues impacting the life sciences industry
  • An industry exhibition featuring a range of CRO's, professional services companies and science parks
  • Networking with other delegates to build new relationships and discuss your ideas with experienced industry professionals
  • NEW! All poster presenters will be eligible to be considered for entry into the prestigious OBN Awards 2025, Emerging Life Sciences Entrepreneur of the Year award category


Who can apply for a poster presentation?

We are encouraging anyone currently in an academic role who wishes to showcase new technology, innovation or translational research that is, for example, for out-licensing, for partnering with industry, or being (or recently) spun out into a new company.
