OBN BioTuesday: A Spotlight on Women's Health

Tuesday 7 June 2022, Oxford

In light of the UK Government's first ever Women's Health Strategy, this BioTuesday event on 7 June, aims to shine a light on the cultural shift that is taking place in openly expressing and understanding women's health challenges.

This is a very broad topic, with many conditions and diseases falling under the umbrella reference of 'women's health', including reproductive health, breast & cervical cancer, complications connected to Diabetes, Stroke, Osteoporosis, and Alzheimer's to name but a few, but the market is evolving and with that has come significant advances in technologies, diagnostics, and public understanding.

During this BioTuesday, kindly hosted by The Oxford Science Park, we will hear from a range of leading academics in this space as well as a showcase of some of the most interesting and innovative R&D companies working to develop treatments and diagnostics for a range of diseases and conditions facing women today.
