Course Content

During this essential workshop, we will look at the tools we have available for the management of performance, including setting standards and objectives, conducting performance reviews, feedback and knowing when to 'step in'. This hands-on workshop offers a mix of exercises, pair work and small group discussions with case examples. You will leave it with practical tips and actions you can put into practice in the workplace.

This course will be delivered on Tuesday 12th April 2022 between 09:00-15:30 LIVE in person. All catering and course materials are included in the course costs.
