OBN Digital Power Hour: 'Demystifying the UK Immigration System – Key updates and upcoming changes for 2024'

In December 2023 the Home Secretary announced a 'Five-Point Plan' of changes to its immigration rules, with new thresholds and visa restrictions impacting the sector.

This Digital Power Hour session aims to summarise key changes so far in 2024 as well as to prepare you for the latest visa changes, including adjustments to skilled worker salary thresholds and replacing the Shortage Occupation list with an immigration salary list, due to be implemented from 4th April 2024. We will review how these changes will affect high-growth life sciences companies and our expert speakers will also assess how this will impact global talent coming into the UK to work in the life sciences sector.
