OBN C-Suite Breakfast Discussion

This edition of our high-level round table discussion event will bring together a group of investment, HR and company leaders to discuss the topic of:  'What do funders value from a People and Culture perspective, when considering an investment?'

During the session the group will consider how important company culture & the 'Startup team' is to investors and how it can determine the long term success of the relationship. We will cover topics such as shared values, use of language, how to build trust, the importance of transparency, the relationship to other partners/collaborators and co-investors, as well as the risks involved with not aligning with or understanding organisational cultures.

Event format: OBN's round table C-Suite Discussions are designed exclusively for senior leaders (C-Suite or equivalent) from life sciences organisations, whether R&D or those involved in providing critical support services to the industry. The purpose of these events is to generate some interesting, useful, high-level and boundary pushing discussion and debate, that creates some practical thought-leadership output.
