During this discussion-based event, our keynote speakers will provide an outline of the Government's new 'Employment Rights Bill' and share their insight into the likely impact on SME's in the life sciences industry.

After presentations, we will open the floor for a moderated and interactive discussion between all attendees; with the audience comprising company leaders and those working within senior people management and operational related roles.

Keynote one: Charissa Upton​, Managing Associate in the Employment Team at Penningtons ManchesCooper​; Charissa is a Senior Employment lawyer specialising in all contentious and non-contentious HR and employment law matters, with a particular focus on supporting start-ups and emerging companies in the Life Sciences sector. 

Keynote two: Benjamin Hunt​, Counsel II at Syneos Health​; Ben has extensive experience in the clinical research sector, advising on employment, corporate governance, and intra-group restructuring matters.
