Event Details
We are pleased to provide details of the January edition of our C-Suite round table discussion where we will be addressing the topic of:
'What Makes a Successful Leader &
How to Meet the Needs of Multigenerational Teams'
Life Sciences entrepreneurs face unique leadership challenges as they grow their start-up company, with the natural evolution of leadership involving empowering people, delegating responsibilities whilst maintaining strategic control.
During this C-Suite Breakfast Discussion, we'll be introducing and leading a discussion around three key challenges of leadership:
- The power of vulnerability - how to encourage open communication & feedback from the wider team to foster a supportive work environment, essential for a thriving start-up.
- Creating a diverse team - a crucial factor to consider from the outset, ensuring varied and innovative perspectives are represented. Multi-generational teams add another layer of complexity, requiring an understanding of different work styles and motivations.
- Leadership should be a 'Team Sport' - collaboration is key, ensuring alignment on strategic questions and fostering a team-oriented approach to leadership can drive a company forward more effectively.
After two introductory keynotes, our host will open up the floor for questions and round-table discussion between guests in attendance, who will be invited to share their views on 'What Makes a Successful Leader', as well as their lived experiences with the challenges and opportunities or leading and working within multigenerational teams.
