Refund Policy
In the event that the Organisation cancels any reservation or part of any reservation the following cancellation charges shall apply:
4.1.If cancelled 16 weeks or more in advance of the date of the Event: 25%
4.2.If cancelled between 61days and 16 weeks in advance of the date of the Event: 50%
4.3.If cancelled 60days or less in advance of the date of the Event, or when the Event has started: 100%
